Some key takeaways from the new Sustainability Report:
- The EIB Group has supported €222 billion in green investments since 2021, bringing us closer to the Group’s target of €1 trillion in climate action and environmental sustainability investments by 2030.
- We financed €36.6 billion of climate action and environmental sustainability in 2022, putting us on track to dedicate half all financing to those areas.
- The European Investment Fund committed €9.2 billion to small businesses and climate and infrastructure projects in 2022.
